Surfactants are used in lithium-ion batteries, and currently mainly have the following factors.

        ●   Improve the electrolyte infiltration of porous electrodes and diaphragms, ensure full contact between the electrolyte and electrodes and diaphragms, improve the distribution uniformity and dynamic balance of the electrolyte, and shorten the immersion time of the electrolyte.

        ●   The surfactant is adsorbed to the electrode to form a protective film, which isolates the electrolyte to inhibit side reactions and play a protective role.

        ●   In the battery manufacturing process, a surfactant is added to stabilize the aqueous dispersion of fluoropolymer and improve the stability of dispersibility.

        ●   Affect the deposition process of metallic lithium, improve the brightness of the electrode and the reversibility of the reaction.
